Everything you need is on the size chart: real garment measurements, how to measure a shirt you already own, a women's sizing comparison, and why the print looks bigger on smaller sizes.

Short version: your usual size gives a relaxed fit. Go one size down for something closer to the body.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time is on top of that.

Once your order is on its way, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, and often less. Busy carrier periods can add a day or two, so treat these as estimates rather than guarantees.

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, so you always see the right rate for where you are, in your own currency.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't turned up within a day of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder, then tell us.

Often, yes. Orders move to dispatch quickly, so email us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll do our best to catch it. If it's too far along, it becomes a normal return once it arrives.

Depending on where you live, customs or import charges can occasionally apply on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. If it's a fault on our end you get a replacement or a full refund, you don't pay return shipping, and we refund your original shipping too.

Colours can read slightly differently on screen depending on your display and lighting. If what arrived is clearly not what was pictured, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Wash it inside out, wash it cold, keep the iron off the print. The care guide covers the rest, including what counts as normal wear and what counts as a fault.
